Shipping Methods:
All interfaces are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation.  If you choose a different form of shipping, please e-mail prior to ordering so shipping charges can adjusted for you.  Shipping other than via USPS will cause you to have a higher shipping charge.  USPS was chosen to keep your total cost low while still ensuring delivery to your door. 

If you request insurance, please add $1.30 to your order ($2.20 for two interfaces).

Limited support is offered beyond that of basic trouble shooting of the interface and EchoLink settings beyond what is listed in the Quick Start Guide.  Software support (program configurations, network and router configurations, radio repair and support, etc.) are not offered as a part of your purchase.   Ask if you need assistance with Radio Pramming.
